Super Tuesday - On Assignment for Getty Images

The hunter/gather in me was in full effect on Super Tuesday.  The goal was to find interesting images of people voting in Georgia.  I did some google searching and found out all the polling places in rural parts of Georgia and visited a few.  I arrived at the first location at 6:30am and stayed for a few hours.  I started in Taylorsville, Georgia, a small little town an hour north of Atlanta.  I then visited a few other polling places and ended at a firehouse in Adairsville, Georgia.

Donald Trump campaigns in Atlanta - Getty Images

This was my second Trump rally I've covered.  Trump rally's are something everyone should experience.  Because, it is an experience.  The supporters are some of the most colorful people you will see at a campaign rally.  There is always a moment where Trump calls out the press and everyone turns and boo's us.  After all, I get a chance to document history.  Regardless of whether or not Trump becomes president, we will always remember when.

Bill Clinton Campaigns For Hillary Clinton

Former president Bill Clinton made a campaign stop on behalf of his wife, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.  Several hundred supporters gathered for the chance to meet a former President inside a small high school gym at North Clayton High School in College Park, Georgia.  Outside, campaigners took advantage of the opportunity promote local candidates by walking around with campaign signs.  At the end Clinton got close and personal with the crowd.  Here are a few frames from the event

Winter Weather Georgia - On Assigment for The Associated Press

One of my assignments this week was to find photos that show how cold the weather was.   My comfort zone is to head to downtown Atlanta and take photos of people dressed in warm clothing.  Instead, I drove around looking for interesting subjects and something slightly out of the box.  I love farms, which I'm sure you'll notice when skim through past blog post.  I saw a sign for horse stables and couldn't resist.  Niki McDonnell, the head instructor at The Stables at Towne Lake, and worker Rebecca Thompson allowed me to hang around as they worked in their horse stables.  After spending a few hours at the stabel, I headed to Kennesaw State University to document people walking around campus in the freezing weather.
